In 2025 we’re excited to continue the Clemenger Consulting Graduate Program, which will offer exceptional graduates of any discipline, first-hand consulting experience on rotation with Clemenger Group companies in communications, public affairs, market research and strategic design and technology.
Clemenger Group’s network of consulting companies includes Porter Novelli, GRACosway, Quantum Market Research and LEVO, all long-established and highly regarded in their respective fields. Each company is made up of collegiate, strong collaborators who prize curiosity, smart thinking and evidence-based decision-making.
The Clemenger Consulting Graduate Program will commence in February 2025, with four graduate consultants based in Sydney and three in Melbourne.
Over the 45-week program, four graduates in Sydney will rotate between Porter Novelli (public relations), GRACosway (public affairs, corporate and financial communications and investor relations), Hall and Partners (brand, campaign and communications insights) and LEVO (strategic design and technology).
The Clemenger Consulting Graduate Program offers a pathway to potential employment with participating companies and is considered one of the most unique graduate programs in Australia.

About the role

We’re looking for the next generation of curious thinkers to join the Clemenger Group.
As a Clemenger Group consulting graduate, you will be an integral part of each client team, providing day-to-day support to our clients and colleagues, and making a direct contribution to the success of our work.

Please note, to qualify for the Graduate Program, you must be in your final year of study or have graduated within the past two years and have the right to work full-time in Australia at the time of your application.

The recruitment process is in two stages.
The first requirement is for you to submit your resume and a one-page response describing why you would be an exceptional Clemenger Group consultant. You will then be automatically sent a link to complete a short online assessment comprising only five questions. Both stages must be completed by 5pm AEST on 30 August 2024.
If we believe you would be a great fit for the Clemenger Consulting Graduate Program, you will then be invited to join an interview with representatives from Porter Novelli, GRACosway, Hall & Partners and LEVO. Successful candidates for the 2025 Program will be notified by early October 2024.
