DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Clerical support for the Safe Drinking Water Program.
- Maintains logs and permit database.
- Ensures applications are processed in timely manner.
- Processes daily mail for programs.
- Creates forms, proofreads, and prepares final documents as required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
