JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a highly skilled Clerical Assistant to provide front line clerical support in a Secondary School. The postholder will be responsible for:
- providing clerical support to a Guidance Link
- updating SEEMiS with attendance / wellbeing information
- reception duties
- ordering for departments
- printing
- banking
As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Admin Coordinator / Business Manager
QUALIFICATION, REGISTRATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O grades).
