    Job Description:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of a Health Office Administration course required
  • Minimum of 2 years of current clerical experience is required
  • Successful completion of secondary school required
  • Working knowledge of software including Meditech and MS office suite is required
  • Current knowledge for patient flow and clinical necessities of an Outpatient Clinic is required
  • Must be able to type 60 WPM accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record interfacing with a broad range of clients including physician offices and patients
  • Strong decision-making skills and solid judgment
  • Proven track record coordinating, prioritizing and developing effective workflow methods to increase efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis is required
