Description:

An exciting opportunity to join the Inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) at our Regional Child and Adolescent Unit in Moseley.
Our homely in-patient facilities sit in beautiful landscaped and peaceful surroundings close to main transport links, the vibrant Moseley Village and Kings Heath High Street. We have free on-site parking and staff EV Charging Points.
Part of a growing and dynamic administration team, we are looking for a genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude to administratively support our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) of some of the best Psychologists, Nurse Specialists, Therapists, Clinical Consultants and Teachers in the region.
We are looking for someone with great organisational and IT skills, solid and demonstratable administrative experience, and the ability to be flexible and solution-focused in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Someone with a good understanding and empathy for the young people, families, and communities we serve is also highly desirable.
The post will be working in a fast-paced environment, which requires a
calm but proactive approach with the ability to multi-task whilst being thorough. Telephone calls and enquiries form a large part of the role as does a high volume of standard administrative tasks.
Attention to detail is paramount in this post as is the ability to prioritise workload.
