Clerical Officer Grade III – Revenue Cycle
Specified Purpose Full Time Contract– 35 hours per week
Maternity Leave Cover
Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee on a Full time Specified Purpose basis.

The successful candidate will work within the Revenue Cycle Department and must possess the following at a minimum:

• 1.5 years office/administration experience essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player.
• Excellent IT skills – Outlook, Excel.
• Ability to multitask essential.
• Excellent time keeping skills.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Motivation and dedication to providing quality and excellent service.
• Ability to evaluate information and judge situations.
• Flexible to changing needs.
• Organisation of filing
• Administration duties to support the billing department
