QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable and fixed assets
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Maintain general ledger accounts and journals
• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, such as processing invoices and payments
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers regarding account activity
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Ensure adherence to all company accounting policies and procedures
