ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship, or equivalent, with previous experience in a similar position.
• General accounting knowledge is required. The candidate should be team-focused, able to work autonomously, take responsibility, and work accurately.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required. French and German will be considered as an advantage.
• Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Knowledge of SAP Vendor invoice management will be considered as an advantage.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following:

• Process, verify, and book supplier invoices in SAP, and prepare them for payment and rebilling.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and maintain up-to-date supplier accounts and statements.
• Handle invoice-related queries and ensure supplier master data is current.
• Support line manager with ad-hoc projects related to department responsibilities.
• Attend training courses to maintain professional knowledge.
