Description:

To undertake clerical duties within the office area and provide reception duties to ensure the needs of the service are met.
Following up all patients making sure each has an appointment immediately after attending clinic.
Monitor phone calls from patients, consultants and other clinical staff.
Liaise with the secretary team within Urology.
Monitor the internal email.

Reception duties.
Answering phone calls from patients dealing with all their queries.
Liaise with wider admin team along with consultant/nurse teams
