Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Student Success the incumbent provides proactive customer service through the dissemination of accurate and up-to-date information relating to a variety of College program/course delivery, services and other College activities to the Community and to the College, and provides clerical support for all departments within the Student Success cluster.

Minimum of two (2) years
Type of Experience
2 years of full-time related front line service in an office environment with exceptional customer service. Experience in use of computer systems, preferably student systems i.e. Blackboard, Banner 9, SSB ; COGNOS ; DocuSign; Vendor portals (i.e Grand and Toy); MS Bookings/MS Outlook; AccuroExtensive knowledge of the Confederation College Website.
General knowledge of all college departments and policies
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to respond with tact, diplomacy and professionalism. Effective listening skills and ability to empathize with clients, while adhering to policy.
Ability to effectively probe and uncover client need for effective service delivery
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment providing quality customer service.
Sound keyboard skills; computer knowledge in a Microsoft environment, operations within the portal and internal and external facing computer systems
Demonstrates attention to detail and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
