Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for sales and account management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights gathered

    Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for both the client and the company
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Manage client accounts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring all interactions are documented in Salesforce
  • Lead initiatives to improve client engagement and retention strategies
  • Provide ongoing support to clients on product usage and best practices
