Job Summary and key responsibilities:
Our Client Accounts Assistants are dedicated to ensuring they are building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries in a timely manner. This is a role best suited to someone who enjoys customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting branch staff with errors on the system and general queries via telephone and Help Desk, within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Assisting Landlords with queries via telephone and email.
- Reviewing Landlord and Tenant ledgers/accounts.
- Refunding demands and fees generated in error.
- Setting up/amending charges for rent, commission and other fees.
Transfer of funds to balance ledgers.Building strong working relationship with Branch staff and Property Manager
