ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • At least 5 years’ experience within finance
  • Relevant residential service charge experience gained in a professional environment
  • Experience of using QUBE system
  • Confident with Microsoft Office 365 and a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly analytical with an attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • An effective team player

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Completed or be working towards an accounting qualification
  • Experience of Extended Trial Balance

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Based within the Client Accounts team in our Salisbury Head office, this role liaises with internal and external parties as and when required with in the Client Accounts environment. Tasks will be varied, and project based depending on the needs of the Department as seen by the Head of Clients Operational Finance.

MAIN DUTIES AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Support the on-boarding of new business financial information and final reconciliations, embedding the process and ensuring the team is robust to move forwards.
  • Reviewing, designing and implementing controls and processes, to ensure a culture of right first-time approach.
  • Working with team leads to build greater knowledge across the business of finance processes and develop robust systems with scalability and efficiency in mind.
  • Support the closedown of lost business financial information and archiving.
  • Assist with internal and external queries where necessary.
  • Support treasury functions.
  • Support on acquisitions.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects as and when they are required.
