Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Client Administration Officer will join our Finance Functional Division, serving as a key contact for recording client events within our Finance system. You will manage account-related inquiries and follow-ups for our Ageing group of services. This role is dedicated to assisting ageing clients with finance and account inquiries, ensuring resolution, and processing data entry of client events in relevant systems. This casual position is based in Garden Suburb.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance team efficiency and client-facing activities within the Finance Directorate, focusing on Ageing Services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate client event notifications.
- Enter client events into the finance system and other related programs.
- Perform client data verification and checks using formal and informal methods.
- Address client fee/account inquiries and follow up on issues like rejected Direct Debits and general debtor matters.
- Record notes and attach documents to client records.
- Assist in maintaining effective database management of the Finance System.
