SKILLS:

  • 0-1 years’ experience in a sales administration role ideally within processing loan applications in a financial services industry; desirable not essential
  • Sound understanding of corporate borrowing structures; desirable not essential

Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Updating application and client information including direct debit updates, address detail changes
  • Generating and issuing client loan statements and other client requested documents
  • Facilitating and processing escrow drawdowns including requesting payment authorisations, verifying invoices, confirming supplier payment details and providing instructions to internal teams for payment.
