Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client experience within the boutique.
  • Create desire and emotional engagement with customers.
  • Engage loyal and potential clients according to a weekly plan defined by store management.
  • Deliver an impeccable luxury service throughout the entire customer journey (pre-sale, welcoming, understanding the client, product presentation, closing, and follow-up).
  • Focus on client development, retention, and recruitment of new potential clients.
  • Maximize all sales opportunities including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone consignments.
  • Actively participate in one-on-one sales routines
