Responsibilities:
- Manage the client experience within the boutique.
- Create desire and emotional engagement with customers.
- Engage loyal and potential clients according to a weekly plan defined by store management.
- Deliver an impeccable luxury service throughout the entire customer journey (pre-sale, welcoming, understanding the client, product presentation, closing, and follow-up).
- Focus on client development, retention, and recruitment of new potential clients.
- Maximize all sales opportunities including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone consignments.
- Actively participate in one-on-one sales routines
