Marni UK is looking for a brilliant and talented Client Advisor for our Bicester Outlet

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience
  • Being a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
  • Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
  • Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
  • Prove Brand and product knowledge
  • Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, taxfree in a punctual and accurate manner
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
  • Thinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
  • Transform each client experience into unique moments by creating a hand-crafted experience
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections, CRM initiatives and follow-upPromote a customer centric culture by coaching sales teams on data collection and enrichment as well as on processes involving CRM, client engagement, customer care/after sale practices to build and maintain the client base

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building and developing client relations
  • Results-driven and customer focused
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • A fluent knowledge of Chinese will be considered a plus.
