Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.
We are looking for a Client Advisor Part Time (ideally 20 hours per week) for our store in Munich, an Ambassador of the House, with good commercial and interpersonal skills.
Under the direction of the Store Manager, you will have the following responsibilities
- Increase sales by providing excellent customer service;
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers;
- Have a good knowledge of performance indicators and management tools;
- Ensure business objectives are met;
- Relaying instructions and monitoring the execution of tasks;
- Maintain the appearance of the shop, back office and stockroom;
- Assist with stock control (inventory, security, product levels).
You have a confirmed previous experience in Fashion indusry
