Description:
We are looking for a Client Analyst to connect real world products to our clients’ needs. This resource will have full participation in the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation and modification of properly engineered information systems, containing software as the major component, to meet agreed business needs.
ABOUT YOU – EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS
- Minimum BS degree
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience
- The individual we seek will have a keen interest in how AI will affect medical decisions in the industry
- Experience in client facing roles
Responsibilities:
The role consists of three broad functions:
1) developing systems to manage and analyze large datasets
2) client facing-management role: providing clients with data-driven insights
3) maintaining & improving code for ongoing projects.
- Understand the worldview and pain points of Clarivate customers, working closely with them as a problem-solver. From Fortune 500 companies to smaller startups, you will converse with high-profile clients regularly and be expected to both present and defend conclusions to them.
- Design, develop, and maintain processes and systems to analyze structured & unstructured “big data” sources.
- Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources with an emphasis on US medical devices and supplies markets.
- Evaluate data outputs with an keen eye for details, proactively finding potential errors and omissions.
- Identify opportunities and issues for data analysis and experiments, with bias towards driving customer delight.
- Contribute your vision; influence the evolution of our products, data models, and data usage strategy.
