Your opportunity

  • Lead the full end to end implementation of JHI Fund activity including, but not limited to launches, closures, restructures, in-specie transactions, custody changes and mergers across a diverse portfolio of fund types. This includes European ETFs, Investment Trusts, UK/OEIC/SICAVs, hedge funds, etc.
  • Proactively project manage the implementation of events ensuring a successful execution
  • Assess new product event proposals and work closely with Product team to strategically prioritize pipeline factoring in capacity across other Ops team and TPAs
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously including non-standard complex events
  • Construct and document comprehensive end to end event runbooks
  • Apply strong controls, communication skills and key risk management principles to the enhance the function of the team.
  • Ensure checklists and JHI product model documentation is current and accurate
  • Manage direct reports, this includes ensuring work appropriately assigned and managed, providing support, carrying out performance reviews and career development for team members
  • Work closely with Client & Product Implementation leadership team to successfully execute on collective vision
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of various product types, specifically European ETFs, Investment Trusts, hedge funds, UK/OEIC/SICAV funds, etc.
