⌚ Hours: 37.5 hours, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday (with a day off in the week)

What is a Client Care Coordinator?
Are you passionate about client-centred care and ready to make a real difference? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Care Coordinator to join our vibrant team at our South London centre. Here, you will work alongside a friendly group of colleagues, all committed to empowering our clients to make informed reproductive choices that are right for them.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll take on a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your role will include conducting phone consultations, processing data, archiving records, managing the reception desk, and directly supporting clients throughout their care journey with MSI UK. South London is one of our larger centres that offers all services from medical and surgical abortions to contraception clinics including LARC (long-acting reversible contraception) and Vasectomy. This dynamic and varied role offers plenty of room for growth and development based on your skills and competencies.
You’ll receive bespoke training tailored to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe and effective abortion care. Join us, and be a part of a team that’s making a meaningful impact every day.
