⌚ Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours

  • Salary: Starting from £22,781 - £25,059.10 (dependant on experience and skills)

Join our team as a Client Care Coordinator and be the friendly voice our clients rely on when they need us most! Whether it’s over the phone, through a scheduled appointment, or via online chat, you’ll be their go-to person, making sure every interaction is smooth and stress-free. You’ll be joining a team of over 150 dedicated colleagues across three contact centres. We’re all about teamwork and support, so you’ll always feel connected and motivated!

While most of your day will involve interacting with clients over the phone, here’s the best part—after training, you’ll enjoy the perk of hybrid working! That means just two days a week on-site. With a perfect work-life balance, you’ll work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, plus one weekend shift every two weeks, with a day off during the week.
