QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
- 2+ years in a direct customer support role
- 2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management
- Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls
- Adaptable, detail oriented, takes initiative
- Motivated to help achieve revenue goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
