ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the development of our new clinic opening up in Calgary East Hills, Alberta! This full-time, permanent opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills coupled with a keen interest in marketing and business development.
The clinic is expected to open in early Winter 2025. Ahead of the clinic opening, you will participate in community marketing initiatives to promote our new clinic as well as spend time at our existing nearby clinics for training and shadowing.
In an ongoing capacity once the clinic is open, you will support the day-to-day operations of the centre by delivering Best-in-Class customer service with the ability to match the client’s individual needs with our products and services.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help with set-up and organization of the new clinic and attend training sessions at existing HearCANADA clinic locations to deploy best practices within the new centre
- Participate in pre-grand opening activities including networking, events, and marketing drop-offs within the community
- Help with grand opening and clinic events
- Check in clients for appointments, scheduling appointments, appointment and follow-up reminders
- Educating clients on payment options, trial periods, benefit submissions and direct-billing options, and provincial/federal funding programs for products and services
- Ordering clinic supplies and maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment
- Performing basic hearing aid maintenance and troubleshootingAttending ongoing community events and activities on behalf of HearCANADA for community involvement visibility and ongoing networking of our services
