Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re opening a new office in Nanaimo, BC, and are looking for a Team Lead to drive our growth and ensure smooth operations. This leadership role combines business development, team supervision, client engagement, and hands-on support. You’ll build relationships within the community, oversee daily office activities, and deliver exceptional client care while upholding Care & Company’s values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, facilities, and organizations.
  • Promote services through community events, meetings, and marketing outreach.
  • Achieve high sales performance by converting leads into clients and fostering relationships.
  • Supervise and support caregivers, companions, and drivers.
  • Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide driving/companionship services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in leadership or sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt as the role evolves and business needs change.
  • Class 4 driver’s license and knowledge of Nanaimo area.

Pay: From $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
