Job Description
Responsibilities:
Partnerships Development and Sales Enablement
- Work with the Benefits Partnership Manager to build strong relationships with vendors, onboarding new vendors and managing existing vendors across the AP region.
- Work with internal partners such as sourcing, finance and legal, building strong relationships to optimize processes and delivery.
- Create and maintain general sales presentations materials for adaptation to client-specific pitches.
- Support proposals including content development, research and pricing inputs.
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices.
- Support the timely and effective resolution of benefits-related customer escalations.
- Develop customized benefits case studies and play back results to internal executive teams across the AP region.
- Support other Managed Services projects as needed and adapt to evolving business needs
Qualifications
What you will need:
- An outgoing personality with exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to create compelling presentations.
- Superior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to create timelines and ensure key milestones are met.
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization and build/maintain effective working relationships across different teams and departments.
- Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigour in work product
- Highly organized and self-motivated, results-oriented individual
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
