Minimum HBO working and thinking level
Excellent command of the English and Dutch language in words and writing

Knowledge of Agri products is an advantage, but not a must

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Client Coordinator you are responsible for the daily operational coordination of customer nominations within Agri Netherlands. Your primary focus is to provide our customers with the best possible service, manage the customer relationship and secure and optimize the margin on our services. In addition, you are an ambassador of our company and you actively maintain the customer contacts where visiting the customer on location is definitely a nice extra.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Picking up customer nominations and coordinate the job to outside service
Build and maintain customer relationships together with the Customer Services team at an operational and tactical level
Identifying trends in the market and actively responding to them
Signaling current and future customer needs (volumes, products, services) and proactively sharing them with the Customer Services Team Lead
Signaling opportunities and possibilities for improvement and is open to further optimizing the processes together with your colleagues
Contribute to initiatives that improve digital excellence (develop new systems, interfaces between existing systems, system implementations)
