Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
Our site based in Daventry are looking for a proactive and meticulous Client Coordinator to join their team where you will manage and effectively co-ordinate operational activities and monitor our client and customer service delivery levels where you will manage customer and client expectations, timescales and any internal constraints.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday – 8am to 4:30pm.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Senior Key Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for all customers and clients on a day-to-day basis. Your areas of responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to produce forecasts and detailed activity planning in support of revenue targets and delivery of operational services.
- Act as the liaison between operations and clients, gathering and reporting on customer forecasts.
- Overseeing the clients monthly invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Managing all aspects of client reporting including weekly status report reviews, forecasting, and monthly and quarterly business review.
- Suggest improvements to enhance products, systems, and services.
- Monitor and update all sales and activity forecasts for the designated accounts.
- Manage and maintain an updated client status report, logging issues, tracking progress, and leading efforts to resolve and prevent system and service failures.
