JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Client Delivery Executive (CDE) provides leadership in all aspects of services delivery of contracted outsourced services such as business process and information technology to Unisys clients. The CDE will be accountable for end-to-end service delivery across all service lines within assigned Unisys account(s). The CDE works with Unisys service/solutions providers and partners/subcontractors to ensure superior levels of client satisfaction for Unisys. The CDE provides guidance to associates based on organizational goals and company policy. Within their assigned account(s) the CDE acts as the single voice and owner of service delivery for Unisys.
The CDE will need to work in the office.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the primary point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. Builds and maintains strong client relationship and participates in client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensures SLAs (service level agreements), KPI (key performance indicators) and other contract requirements as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
- Manage the statement of work. Develops and administers all financial aspects of the account, schedules, and performance standards to maintain and optimize the cost-of-service delivery achieving approved margin targets on assigned accounts and strives to improve account profitability. In addition, the CDE will work to achieve contract extension or to win additional business within the account.
- Support the Global/Regional Delivery of Services provided by Unisys to a particular account. Responsible for the successful planning and implementation of the contracted services where success criteria include meeting cost, schedule, performance, and quality requirements through the effective interaction with the related service lines, solution groups and the client. Responsible for managing all delivery resources assigned to their accounts daily. Interprets, executes, and acts as an advisor to service line managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
- Participate in Contract and Account Governance by establishing key business and professional relationships with appropriate delivery organizations to facilitate effective business relationships. Establish clear communication channels with the customer from a strategic and operational perspective. Participate in regular service performance reviews including monthly Project Status Reviews. Conduct periodic meetings with clients and delivery teams – daily status updates, service level requirement reviews, continuous improvement, change control and other informal meetings.
- The CDE will have great exposure to new technologies across service towers and will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas and work in service improvement initiatives to the account during the duration of the contract.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years managing projects or operations in Information Technology area.
- Requires knowledge of business administration, as well as sales strategies, account management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
- Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including field services, network operations, applications, infrastructure, and data center environments.
- Advanced English level
- ITIL knowledge (Certification - preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills managing service delivery and relationship management skills.
- Client centricity, negotiation skills with internal and external groups.
- Leadership, team work, result oriented
