About our Team
The team consists of 3 Player Managers, 6 Client Delivery Managers, and 2 Sales Support members. About the Role
Manages the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Maintains tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements. Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advice and support. Promotes the organization’s capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the account(s). Contracts may involve both short- and long-term commitment of service and vary significantly in value/strategic importance. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities Fully proficient in theories & processes. Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems Works with a moderate level of guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains strict control over project schedules, risks, scopes, and budgets, ensuring that operational teams and third-party providers fully understand client requirements.
  • Builds and sustains strong client relationships, providing day-to-day guidance and support to address client needs.
  • Advocates for the organisation’s capabilities to clients and identifies potential sales opportunities for referral to the account management team.
  • Works both independently and collaboratively, gaining comprehensive expertise in LN product deliveries. Solves complex issues, contributes to process enhancements, and leverages best practices and industry insights to improve products and services. Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
  • Understands how their area integrates with other departments, with awareness of the competitive landscape and factors that differentiate the organization in the market.
  • Occasionally leads small to medium-sized project teams, providing informal guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Typically resolves issues using established solutions and works with minimal supervision.
  • Communicates complex or sensitive information clearly and effectively

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and manage adapt to shifting priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve.
