We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.
We are currently recruiting a Client Development Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a client development assistant to join a newly formed and ambitious Client Development Team. As a member of our Client Development Team, the client development assistant will provide administrative and research support to the Director of Client Development and will at times also provide similar support to the Director of Client Service. You will play an integral role in supporting the client development function within the firm.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in the legal sector or a professional services environment.
  • Excellent project management experience or skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to collate and present findings and deliver recommendations effectively.
  • Familiarity with the legal market, MHC’s service offering, industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics. Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Related third level qualification

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high quality and efficient administrative service, including keeping track of deadlines and client requirements.
  • To assist with client relationship management for key strategic accounts.
  • To support MHC’s business planning process.
  • To conduct market research on a sectoral and client specific basis, identify trends and new opportunities.
  • To provide support through the preparation of high-quality detailed data analysis; collect and compile internal and external data related to market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • To collaborate with partners, fee earners and other stakeholders across the firm, to include the Bids and Marketing teams, alongside the Director of Client Development and to become an integral part of MHC’s strategic client development growth initiatives.
