Description:
Do you have experience of private health insurance (PMI) corporate account management? Have you developed client relationships in a consultative, service selling environment? We’re looking for Client Director to join our Distribution team in AXA Health.
You’ll proactively manage, retain and develop a portfolio of corporate clients with significant healthcare schemes, in health insurance and wellbeing services, including Employee Assistance programmes.
At AXA we work smart, this role is non-office field-based meaning you’ll travel to visit AXA Health offices and client sites as required. Current full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop multi contact relationships between corporate client organisations, experts within AXA Health and associated brokers.
- Develop detailed understanding of each client, proactively identifying opportunities for further product and service sales across AXA Health product and service lines.
- Deliver retention and development sales results across a range of products and services.
- Build annual and longer-term strategic account plans.
- Provide ongoing customer, broker, and market feedback with colleagues, to input into and shape ongoing proposition development.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of AXA Health products and services and those of competitors.
- Sustain up-to-date knowledge of trends within the corporate employee benefits and healthcare marketplaces, using these to proactively consult clients.
- Act professionally and in a compliant manner, ensuring all regulatory, compliance and treating customers fairly requirements are met.
