Mercer’s Health & Benefits Consulting team is seeking a passionate, energetic and creative bilingual Client Enablement Specialist to support our sales, account management and communication activities with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative with Sales to support the creation of sales pitch decks, sales collateral and assets to enable the closing of new sales opportunities.
  • Partner with the Account Management and Implementation teams to support with launches, the development of ongoing materials to support challenges, coordinating and organizing employee sessions and other miscellaneous events happening with our clients.
  • Work with vendors on behalf of Sales team and Account Management to support with client specific information
  • Develop and use digital campaign tools to send employee communications and track its success.
  • Work with the operations team in building communications through the use of templates and InDesign.
  • Support future reiteration of our programs through the collection and analysis of data and metrics.
  • Attend and host specific client meetings and functions, both virtually and onsite
