We are an allied health practice based at Redcliffe, and we are on the lookout for an energetic and dynamic Client Liaison person to complete our team.
We’re on a mission to consolidate and change the face of health care and wellness in North Brisbane and beyond, through collaboration and partnership.

What we need from you:

  • Professionalism - you understand confidentiality, importance of maintaining a professional approach to every aspect of work life.
  • Ideally you have had experience in this field; you have actively worked alongside or in the NDIS arena, Client attraction and retention philosophies and confident in attending / hosting stakeholder meetings
  • Flexibility – You are able to multi-focus on multiple incoming client channels, attend Expos or events on behalf of the company, and meet with key stakeholders
  • Marketing – You have a good social media presence and know HOW to navigate the marketing platforms
  • Communication – You have good written and verbal communicator
  • Customer Excellence – You see everything we do from the ‘customer first’ perspective
  • A 100% mentality – You give everything you’ve got to everything you do
  • Wanting stability - We are not in this for the short-term – long-term commitment is a must

What We Are Looking For:
We need a motivated and dynamic individual who can handle client onboarding/ enquiries / leads / with an excellent conversion rate; together with nurturing key stakeholders, making and managing stakeholder meetings, manage incoming client channels with the aim to increasing our client base. You can grow to work independently, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and able to show your client engagement flair. It is important to understand the client pathways so training on Reception is vital along with working in and support this team will be ongoing.
