Intragen is looking for an experienced Client Executive – Account Manager to join our UK team and help build lasting client relationships while delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a critical role within a high-performing, international team, collaborating with local IAM experts to drive business growth and client success.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As a Client Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, acting as a trusted advisor while managing and growing strategic accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to tailor and deliver cutting-edge identity management solutions, ensuring clients’ needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients. Understand their business goals and align cybersecurity solutions to drive success. Regularly meet with clients to review progress and plan next steps.
- Business Development & Account Growth – Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and networks, collaborate with sales and technical teams to propose solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- IAM Solutions Expertise – Develop a deep understanding of our IAM solutions (IGA, PAM, AM) and related services. Partner with technical experts to stay ahead of market trends and deliver the best solutions.
- Client Onboarding & Support – Lead the smooth onboarding of new clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting & Communication – Report on account health, including key metrics, service performance, and client feedback. Ensure CRM systems (HubSpot) are up-to-date and communicate client needs across teams to improve our offerings.
