Responsibilities:
The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.
As a CX Associate, you will work from your dedicated home working space. You will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages.
As well as providing stellar service to our UK-based clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.
