Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Client Experience Phone Representative to join our Client Experience team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with our existing and new clients to ensure full utilization of our Financial Market training and software programs. Providing a great client experience with additional service followup appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and knowledge in the various financial Markets.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct setup calls with new subscribers to guide them through the initial setup process.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding support, including assistance with account setup, platform installation, and customization.
  • Educate subscribers on the features and benefits of their subscription, focusing on MT4, Smart Trader and other relevant trading tools.
  • Encourage clients to increase their subscription access and terms.
  • Offer insights and support related to trading in various financial sectors, including stocks, options, Futures, forex, equities, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle additional inbound and outbound service phone calls as needed.
  • Return calls from the voicemail queue promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and set up call outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Engagement team to continuously improve the onboarding process and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates related to financial trading.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and its functionalities is preferred.
  • Understanding of trading principles across multiple financial sectors, including stocks, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Good attitude and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.
