Client Implementation Engineer

The client delivery team are platform experts and have a deep understanding of all its functionality. Working as the Client Engineer you will be responsible for managing client relationships and implementation projects, ensuring that each client gets the most leverage from the system and its functionality.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to work and manage multiple client relationships
• Strong communication and analytical mindset
• Ability to create and manipulate structured data
• Experience with SQL, Python (nice to have) and worked in cloud environments (ideally AWS)
• Linux and or Unix
• RESTful APIs

• Work with clients to set up the application to accurately represent their requirements
• Understand the clients data to document requirements around rules, system workflows etc.
• Setup and configure data feeds and API interfaces
• Manage communications with clients and stakeholders around support issues, planned downtime, upgrades and releases
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to build strong rapport with both internal and external parties
