ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales environment within the corporate sector
  • Strong customer focus, identifying solutions that help our customers deliver better business outcomes
  • Responsible for strategy and engagement including relationship management and account planning using key sales tools
  • Achieve KPIs including growing existing customers, renewals and building pipeline
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong digital relationships with key corporate customers by understanding their needs and positioning Spark’s solutions effectively.
  • Business Growth: Drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities within the customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and Spark’s offerings.
  • Customer Outcomes: Ensure that Spark’s solutions deliver tangible benefits and outcomes that help customers succeed in the digital world by understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Digital Engagement: Utilise digital channels such as Microsoft Teams, digital marketing platforms, and data-driven campaigns to engage with customers effectively in our digital-first environment.
