Trial Balance has been assigned by a long-standing firm of Accountants based in Swindon to find an experienced Practice Manager, who can look after the day to day running of the firm whilst remaining very hands-on in assisting the firm’s varied portfolio of clients.

Your key duties in this role will include:

  • Preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax returns
  • Management of a portfolio of clients
  • Staff supervision and mentorship
  • Business development and networking
  • Workflow management

This role would suit a qualified ACA or ACCA with significant post qualification experience in a practice environment. Strong technical skills are a must, along with the ability to work confidently and effectively with a varied client portfolio.
