POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Manager is a critical role responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position is focused on maximizing revenue and profitability by understanding customer needs, aligning company solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. The Client Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a strategic partner to drive mutual growth and success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of related experience in an inside sales role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth in a B2B environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer needs and industry dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills, with a focus on providing value and exceeding customer expectations.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Exceptional punctuality and reliability.
