Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

As a Client Manager Fiduciary Expert, you’ll take on a pivotal role, managing a diverse portfolio of Swiss companies engaged in international business. Your expertise will help shape the financial strategies of our clients, ensuring compliance and fostering growth across borders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mandate Management: Independently oversee mandates for Swiss companies with global business operations.
  • Client Advisory: Offer expert guidance in finance, accounting, tax, corporate structuring, and international tax law, in collaboration with external tax specialists.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare annual financial statements adhering to Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER).
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, social insurance affiliations, and handle annual and source tax declarations.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare CIT and VAT tax returns, addressing tax issues with the support of external experts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal guidelines, particularly for international transactions.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary projects, often working with global teams and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of fiduciary specialists.
  • Networking: Build and sustain relationships with international business partners, banks, and regulatory authorities.
