ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic Client Services team as a Senior Client Manager and become the voice of our valued client customers. In this engagement-focussed role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our clients needs, both within our Victorian portfolio and nationally, supporting exceptional outcomes in Workers Compensation claims management.
As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, managing relationsipts between GB and large complex clients, including multi state programs, with potential to manage Workers Compensation Scheme and Self insured employers. Working closely with our operational and sales teams, you will seize every opportunity to boost service, and maximize revenue for our clients (and for us!).
How you’ll make an impact:

AS A CLIENT MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing client relationships and providing troubleshooting support;
  • Assisting large clients in achieving their performance goals;
  • Proactively tailoring services to meet client requirements and industry trends;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders;
  • Leading claims reviews and ensuring productive meetings between clients and our team;
  • Analyzing claims trends and implementing processes to manage risks;
  • Educating clients on compliant claims management and providing strategic solutions;
  • Managing conflicts between multiple parties.
