Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Client Matter Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The responsibility of this role is to ensure high quality service is offered to clients (internally and externally), which is determined by accurate record keeping, close liaison with internal clients, adherence to the established policy and procedures of the firm and by maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- File opening (including conducting searching and checks);
- Reviewing information at client and matter levels;
- Ensuring Cost Agreements have been issued to all clients;
- Identifying appropriate compliance issues for escalation to the Knowledge and Legal Excellence team;
- Processing new clients for billing
- Attending to registering companies and establishing trust deeds under guidance of our experienced tax team; and
- Working effectively as a member of the Central Administration Team and providing back up where required to all areas within the team.
