SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a team environment but also able to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload without manager intervention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering preferred.

• Assisting the Client Onboarding Specialists with client configurations and service set ups.
• Performing UAT on the output of the data acquisition phase of the onboarding process.
• Creating bugs for any UAT related issues discovered and following up with the relevant teams to ensure resolution of same.
• Tracking client service implementation progress, and creating related reports for communication to the Client Onboarding manager.
• Assisting the Client Onboarding Specialists with other operational tasks as required.
