As we expand, we’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and grow with us.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience. You will work closely with our clients to guide them through the setup process, assist with technical configurations, and ensure they are fully equipped to use our software efficiently. Your adaptability, customer-facing skills, and technical expertise will be key to your success in driving customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize onboarding KPIs such as time-to-launch, customer satisfaction, and onboarding completion rates.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process via email, live chat, and phone
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical setup and integration needs.
- Identify common challenges during onboarding and suggest improvements to the process.
- Create and maintain onboarding materials and documentation to assist clients in becoming proficient users of our platform.
