What you will be responsible for
As Client Onboarding Specialist, Senior Associate you will be
- Taking ownership of onboardings of new or changing business for our Collateral Services
- Guiding clients and other involved parties through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues and exceptions
- Contributing as subject matter expert to change processes and internal projects
- Working together with clients and other internal/external parties and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience
- Contributing to a constant improvement of the onboarding processes and procedures
- Setting up clients on our Collateral platform and oversee onboarding steps outsourced to other State Street locations
- Supporting audits, risk assessments and compliance initiatives by providing relevant data as well as new ideas

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial topics or comparable apprenticeship
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably within collateral management, on-boarding and/or client services
- Knowledge of financial instruments and the regulatory framework in regards to Collateral industry (e.g. EMIR)
- Proficiency in English and German
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
