We’re building the agency group of the future. At Future Group, we’re experts in everything we do, from presentation design to social media management, customer acquisition, web design and beyond. We’re dedicated to strengthening, empowering and supercharging brands.
About the job
We’re looking for maternity cover to fill a key role in our client services team. As a client partner, you’ll own the customer journey, creating brilliant experiences for clients and always looking for opportunities to take projects to the next level. You’ll work closely with our Director of Client Partnerships, developing accounts into profitable and enduring engagements.
Are you a natural communicator with the ability to persuade the toughest critics? Do you pride yourself on your ability to see things through to the finish line? Are you a born collaborator with first-rate interpersonal skills?
You could be the perfect fit for our team.
What you will do
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
Build and maintain a new business pipeline from multiple sources (inbound, outbound, leads from colleagues, your network, self-sourced) that enables you to deliver results consistently on and above target
Oversee the end-to-end journey of new client business with the support of our client services team
Qualify leads, set up presentations to demonstrate solutions and past work, build winning proposals and work with colleagues to move them through the sales cycle
Manage the company CRM system and dashboards
Carry out follow-up activities from client meetings, including pitch work, writing proposals and sending quotes
Support the sales and marketing team on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
About you
A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
Empathy and emotional intelligence
Natural skill dealing with clients and building relationships
The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
Skill in public speaking
The ability to see opportunities and solutions in the face of a challenge
Proven experience working in a similar role
Experience working in a B2B environment

Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at FG
FG promotes open-mindedness, inclusion, diversity and kindness among our workforce.
Our Values

We are conscious of how our work and decisions impact other humans. We structure our organisation with consideration for the wellbeing and happiness of our colleagues. We believe in a working environment that enables people to live a meaningful and fulfilled life.
FG’s way of working is designed proactively to prevent burnout and an ‘always on’ culture. Therefore, we offer –
Flexible working
4 day working week
34 hour working week
Your birthday day off
Christmas off
24/7 Mental health support
Private healthcare
(other benefits include – eyecare vouchers, cyclescheme, Perkbox)
Our interview process
Your first conversation with FG will be a screening, where you will be able to ask and receive answers regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you are seeking
Your second conversation will be with the hiring manager for the role. Here you will have a chance to ask more questions about the work you will be doing.
The next step for most roles will be a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of skills relevant to be successful in this role, and generally takes about an hour to complete.
Your third conversation might be an opportunity to meet the team members you will be working with on a daily basis. Here you will be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at FG.
We aim to make a job offer within 2 weeks of our final call and offer a flexible start date.
Are you ready to supercharge your career
