is a predominantly digital consultancy and agency based in Norwich. Our business is entering a new chapter, following our recent acquisition by the Jarrold Group. Having seen an exciting period of growth over the past five years, Yawn now has a broad roster of high-profile clients, and we need to expand our team to continue to deliver a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

The Role: As the Client Partnerships Manager, you will report into and work closely with the agency’s leadership team, playing a critical role in shaping and leading our business development and client service efforts across the business.
You’ll play an integral role in the commercial growth of the agency, including pipeline management, proposal writing, and pitching for new business. To enhance any business development activity, you’ll represent the agency online, as well as at networking and industry events.
For existing clients, you’ll prioritise understanding the commercials of their businesses, ensuring all our work has a positive ROI. Within this, you’ll act as a senior escalation point for client queries, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and strategic support. You’ll also personally oversee some of our most important accounts, developing strategies to grow and retain clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a senior escalation point for any client queries or challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain existing clients.
  • Actively promote the agency online and in the local community, through personal branding, networking events, industry forums, and public speaking opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, project managing their day-to-day retainer and ensuring their marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Present campaign ideas, performance updates, and strategic plans to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives.
  • Proactively bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to both clients and internal teams, driving continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  • Support the team in achieving revenue targets by contributing to business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement agency-wide strategies for client growth and retention.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
