We are seeking a Client Programme Manager. In this role you will work alongside the ER&I Growth Business Partner, the ER&I Growth team and wider ER&I leadership on client development initiatives that drive our strategic priorities across the four ER&I sectors to enable revenue and relationship growth across our priority account portfolio whilst playing a leading role in engaging and supporting the ER&I community.
Working as part of an integrated Growth team, your role will focus on our priority propositions, clients, and sectors, along with taking a lead on learning, communications and community-based initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to demonstrate a more flexible skillset in project management and support business development.
Support the ER&I Growth Business Partner with the following:
- Operational client portfolio support
- Development and execution of industry/sector strategies, including driving engagement other Firm initiatives where applicable
- Providing operational support to the ER&I Marketing and Insights team, the Sector specialists driving use of Growth assets across the industry including DCE, Client feedback and Executive Board Programmes
- Development of executive level presentations and content for the ER&I community
- Working with and develop the offshore ER&I support teams
- Organisation of sector specific meetings, forums and events plus other ad hoc meetings
- Management of planning, budget management and forecasting
- Managing the pipeline processes and collation of client stories
- Ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the ER&I Growth Business Partner and ER&I Leadership
- People and Purpose initiatives
Lead the following activities:
- Act as the first point of contact for our Achilles relationship (third party supplier management portal), all incoming proposals and the annual audit
- Manage the UK Industry inbox and ER&I distribution lists
- Lead on the ER&I UK Learning programme and Deloitte University learning nominations.
- Collaboration with teams across the wider Growth network (including other service lines and industries) to identify areas to collaborate and share best practice
